At Shaka Prowash, we recommend regular maintenance cleaning for the exterior of your home every 12 to 18 months.

CEMENT SURFACES
The most popular service is for cleaning of cement surfaces for aesthetic purposes. It is the least expensive of pressure wash soft-wash services and can really provide the most bang for your buck if you are looking to improve curb appeal and get rid of extra dirt, mold and mildew.
Sealer can be added every 2 to 3 years to keep stains from setting.
HOUSES
Whether you see it or not, mold, mildew, algae and other substances can attach to your home and grow. Our soft wash process safely removes these substances without damaging your home. Pressure washing might remove paint, damage mortar, dent siding and it can cause water to seep between boards, damaging insulation, electrical wiring and even spurring mold growth.
